Group Setup

1. The first action is to create an appropriate group: Add or Update Group
   
2. Group Report: Click to manage the group
   Allows you to see who have subscribed to your group and be able to email them. You would do this when you have a new project to announce.
3. Setup a co-coordinator: allows this person to edit group details and they can see what the coordinator can see. Add yourself to be a co-coordinator The main coordinator will receive an email that you joined the group.

4. Create a project for a group: Add or Update project
   
5. Project Report: Click to manage your projects
   Allows you to see who have registered to your projects and be able to email them. You would do this when you have updates for the project. You can email only those that have registered for the project or you can email those that are subscribed to your group to request more to sign up for the project.
